Gameweek 8 Round-Up

It feels like a long time ago that Gameweek 8 happened with us now in the midst of Gameweek 9 so here's a quick recap of the key decisions.

With an away day at Watford, those that decided to captain Mo Salah reaped the rewards with a goal, an assist and a 2 point bonus. It was Firmino that stole the show though with an impressive hat-trick - a player that is not in any team in the Steemit League.

With 3 managers scoring an impressive 71 points, the prize is split between 2 of them so congratulations to @captain36 and @mchandra who share the 15 Steem Prize 🏆

Interestingly, despite both having Salah as captain, there were only 2 other players in both teams (Robert Sánchez and Trent Alexander-Arnold) with 8 players differing. It's nice to see such a variety of players.

Overall Ranking

@captain36's impressive performance has moved him into 1st place and removed @the-gorilla from top spot for the 1st time this season. @the-gorilla is still in 2nd place for the prizes with @arahman moving to 3rd (aided by last night's 15 points!)

Head-to-Head League

With @the-gorilla faltering against @chenty, @captain36 now leads the way at the top of the league, becoming the only unbeaten manager. Can @gabikay slow his progress this week? @the-gorilla will be hoping so 🙂
