I disgress

Children in development learn everything that will matter most to them during their earliest years. That's when they first discover about professions and their unique dream job, and unconsciously choose who performs the role of their adult heroes, aspiring to be like them when they grow up. Friendships are born, but so are rivalries and the feeling that they have enemies in this world, even when they are just kindergarten classmates.

Most people have a lot of trouble understanding others. There are many ways a kid can be fundamentally different from their peers, but it's hard for them to understand why everyone isn't alike. Being on the same page as others is nothing more than a coincidence to them. Many adults aren't much different, unable to handle different personalities. But some people can, in fact, easily deal with everyone else. It's just that they're usually introverted, therefore less eloquent.

So we have the introverted adults who have a lot of trouble explaining to a child why and how people are different, and then the ones who end up instilling barriers since don't really understand others. Since school teachers also fit one of these two categories, who's going to teach children how another person's head works? Great, well-rounded parents emotionally in touch with themselves, others and their own kids are movie-like exceptions.

Society has gaps in understanding one another, leading to destruction, oppression, unprovoked aggression, tyranny and unparalleled selfishness caused by a snowball effect of being ignorant towards another's rationale. Developing child-level psychology classes so children can learn about themselves, others and how to bridge this gap should fundamentally change the world for the better.
