Chilies are fruits and plants belonging to the genus Capsicum and can be classified as spices or vegetables, depending on how they are used. As a condiment, chilies, which are famous for being spicy, are very popular in Indonesia as a food flavor enhancer. Chili is one of the prima donna that is always present in every cuisine menu in Indonesia. It turns out that apart from being spicy, chili also has good nutrition for human health. Chili contains many nutrients such as sodium, potassium, protein, fiber, iron, and calcium. In addition, chili contains vitamins A, B6, B12, vitamin C, and vitamin D.
