I have always admired the cuteness of young Michael. Somehow his face portrays the childlike innocence his age allows but being an artist myself, I can recognize the steady weight on his eyebrows.
This portrait seems probable for the contest mostly because of the expression I feel I was able to capture. Hope it was evident....
