My Graphite Portrait; The Damsel

This time around, I hope I am able to keep up my frequent posts as I once did cause I am stumbling on beautiful subjects that I can't ignore recurrently. And somehow, this is taking me back to the state of mind I had when I started making portraits.
The feeling really is sublime.

There was a lot of improv moments while doing this sketch especially with the hair. At some point I basically was clueless but sure I kept on pressing till I saw a little form blossoming.
