A Sketch of a 'Smoking Capped Skull'

A year and three months back, I was happily making werewolf warrior and superhero sketches. But then after making my first Tom Hardy portrait (as I said in my previous post two days ago) for the ArtVenture Contest, I realized there was much to learn from making portraits. Things like tones, gradations and proportions amomgst others. It so happened that I stuck to my portrait making for this long because I was getting positive feedbacks and I was able to build my figures using different techniques.

I came to the resolve however to try something new, venture into the world of my beloved artistic past trying different forms, styles, mediums and figures of drawing so as to settle for something that I can ride on for the next year or so. I do hope however that the title isn't too lame and if it is, do tell me.

I aslo decided to try make one of these every now and then...hope you'd stop by from time to time cause I'd be expecting you....
