A Portrait of 'Kevin Wendell Crumb' as played by 'James McAvoy'

I've not been as updated as I used to be about movies for a couple of years now and it was during the course of this composition that I learnt about the movie 'Split'.
That's one of the reasons I love sketching and most of all blogging, it makes you find out stuffs.

I really love the way James McAvoy acts, his expression and shortened sentences accompanied with a nod or body movement as though his head's been dealt a blow. And most importantly, I love the way he played the role of Kevin Wendell Crumb, it's quite inspiring.

In making this sketch, I tried a Fei Yan brand pencil but I wasn't getting the depths I needed so I switched to my usual when applying depths. I'd love to read your comments on this piece friends, it really excites me..
