A Pencil Portrait of 'Nick Fury' as Played by Samuel Jackson
If memory serves me right, I've so far made two portraits of Samuel L. Jackson. The first was a scribble drawing I made with a pen which though was accurate, I never shared cause I was practicing on rough paper back in September last year. The second I made that same day of the same photo but this time with graphite.
Some two weeks back, I stumbled on this cool digital portrait of his impersonation of the Marvel Studios 'Agents of Shield' character "Nick Fury" on my brother @ezuntimmy's phone and after asking for permission to sketch it, I did.
The turn out was not just accurate but also interesting. It is one of those sketches you do and you don't care about other people's opinion of it. The contrast is infact what I love most.

Nothing could fit those stern eyes better than contrast :) As I looked at the steps of the drawing, I thought that he looked like an imposing man coming out of the mist. Nice work!
