Hello everyone, how are you feeling today?
It is another time to write a story based on the digital drawing made by @xpilar. This time I will be writing a story on alien city in the jungle, the title is fit because there can certainly be no alien city in the midst of people, only in a secluded place.I hope you enjoy the story:

There was a city far away in a place not known to man, somewhere at the edge of the world. Nearly no one goes there because of the myth of a scary evil in the forest beyond the town.

Little did they know that the forest was inhabited by aliens, of which origin it is unknown till now. The aliens lived a very quiet and organized life, always hiding from humans, they just could not risk their exposure.

In every generation, there is a person or more that are always inquisitive, they have little regard for the rules. They usually do what they want and think they will get away with it. Living with the aliens was one of such, named Po. He was always running here and there, wandering in the forest, looking for what was not lost, doing exactly the opposite of what he was told to do. The people feared the boy would be the end of the whole clan, and that one day he would risk the exposure of the people. And they were right...

One day, Po wandered off as usual and could not find his way home and it was getting late. He soon found himself close to an open space outside the forest, it was dark and so he decided to rest till he could see.

Po wakes up on the other side of the forest, where humans were inhabited but he was lucky to escape being seen by a pack of them. However, he was seen by Edward, another inquisitive boy from the human side.

Edward was surprised seeing someone so different, he had never seen nor heard of something like that in his life. Edward was tempted to cause a scene, to make a shout for it but they made a pact never to expose themselves. Both Edward and Po remained friends, they met at an agreed point to play.
