My brain is captured by Artificial Intelligence

Hello everyone, how are you doing today?
It is a good time for a contest, and this is a writing contest based on the digital art above by @xpilar. The story is about artificial intelligence and how it has captured my brain. I hope you enjoy the story.

Samuel is a brilliant young man, who believes in hard work and a lover of nature. He brags about his natural instincts, and how it has been a life saver most of the time. His ideal has paved way for him in his career and frankly speaking, Samuel could be tagged as a successful man.

In this modern world where everyone is acquainted with technology and the level of technology keeps progressing and relieving human efforts on every side, Samuel does not believe in the use of technology, he tries to keep things natural in whatever he is doing. He prefers spending hours, days, even weeks getting things done than relying on the use of artificial intelligence.

He kept this up for a long time even when he noticed the rest of his colleague get jobs done faster than he does, and they usually make use of artificial intelligence to help out with their work. He was a little bothered but he held on to his method of work and solving problems.

Then came a time when Samuel was given a job, a very important job in which the time frame was so short for him to deliver, at this point he needed all the help he could get. With his career on the line, he was forced to ask some his colleagues for help and all they could help him with was an advice to make use of artificial intelligence because they had workloads to attend to themselves.

Faced with two options; to make use of artificial intelligence to finish the work or to stand for what he believes which can lead to him not finishing the job and eventual breach in his contract. After a while of deliberating, he finally decided to make use of artificial intelligence to finish the job, he encouraged himself by saying it is just this one time, and using it once would not hurt anyone.

Eventually, artificial intelligence helped him finish the job within the given timeframe and the performance was excellent just the way he wanted it. With this result, Samuel had a rethink on his stance about artificial intelligence because it made the job easier and it saved his time. He barely remembered why he chose to stick with his instinct in the first place.

This experience made Samuel love the use of artificial intelligence even more than his friends who introduced him to it. As time went by, Samuel could no longer do without artificial intelligence. He was so obsess with it; you can now say his brain has been captured by artificial intelligence. Now, Samuel cannot get simple task done by himself, he relies on artificial intelligence for basically everything.
