What do you do with the extra veggies? The other day I distributed baskets of lettuce leaves in the block (to people living on the upper floors without access to an open garden). I only use 2 or 3 leaves in a day in my wrap but my garden was flooding with it.
O dear thank you for the lettuce. I had been calling it salad leaves... Couldn't recall the name. I guess happens ;)))
Same as you. I gave them (after cleaning and cutting) to my mother-in-law. I plan to give some to my parents as well. I also share with my house help (they use them as per their convenience) and my neighbors
Lettuce is a broader term—if I'm not wrong this specific kind is called leaf lettuce. So, salad leaves make sense.
