It seems to me that you photographed a sewer at the moment when intraterrestrial creatures were trying to get out through it.
Those creatures usually emit ultra bright and luminous rays like the ones in your image.

haha... aliens are definitely not involved here, and this is definitely not a sewer, but the surface of an iron sheet after rain. But you made me laugh and I'm grateful for that :)
