| В один из вечеров в Пятигорске мы с друзьями отправились в известный местный ресторан «Печорин». Блюда в нём были довольно интересные. | One evening in Pyatigorsk, my friends and I went to the famous local restaurant Pechorin. The dishes in it were quite interesting. |
| Про один из десертов – крем-брюл е – я уже рассказывала. Именно его я выбрала для себя, и он, к сожалению, был не очень удачным. | I have already talked about one of the desserts - creme brulee . It was him that I chose for myself, and, unfortunately, he was not very successful. |

| Начну с эффектного десерта под названием Грушницкий. В ресторане много блюд с названиями в память героев романа Лермонтова и просто со всем, что связано с Лермонтовым. В основе десерта Грушницкий, как мы и предположили, оказалась груша. | I'll start with a spectacular dessert called Grushnitsky. The restaurant has a lot of dishes with names in memory of the heroes of Lermontov's novel and simply with everything related to Lermontov. At the heart of the Grushnitsky dessert, as we assumed, was a pear (grusha - pear in Russian). |
| Вынесли десерт на стеклянной вазе на ножке, закрыв стеклянным колпаком. | The dessert was brought out in a glass vase on a leg, covered with a glass cap. |
| Смотрелось очень торжественно и красиво. На вкус десерт нежный и приятный. | It looked very solemn and beautiful. The taste of the dessert is very delicate and pleasant. |
| Ещё один из десертов, опробованных в «Печорине» - лава-кейк. Опять интересная подача. На тарелке лежал упавший горшок, из которого высыпалась земля и растение. «Земля» - шоколадный кекс с жидкой шоколадной «лавой» внутри. Растение – листья мяты. Прилагался ещё и шарик местного вкусного мороженого. | Another of the desserts tested in Pechorin is lava cake. Again, an interesting presentation. On the plate lay a fallen pot, from which earth and a plant spilled out. "Earth" - chocolate cupcake with liquid chocolate "lava" inside. The plant is mint leaves. Also included was a scoop of delicious local ice cream. |
| Горшок – несъедобный, керамический. Видимо, в нём и выпекался десерт. Этот десерт тоже не подвёл, оказался очень вкусным. | The pot is inedible, ceramic. Apparently, dessert was baked in it. This dessert also did not disappoint, it turned out to be very tasty. |
