Всем привет!	Hello everyone!
Эти фотографии я сделала 1 мая 2013 года в Риме.	I took these photos on May 1, 2013 in Rome.
Над древним Форумом разносились удивительные мелодичные звуки. Когда мы подошли ближе и увидели этот музыкальный дуэт, оказалось что удивительные звуки издаёт удивительный музыкальный инструмент.	Surprising melodious sounds were carried over the ancient Forum. When we got closer and saw this musical duet, it turned out that amazing sounds are made by an amazing musical instrument.

1 мая в Италии праздничный день. В честь праздника сделали пешеходной Via dei Fori Imperiali, ведущую к Колизею. Обычно эта улица заполнена несущимися автомобилями.

May 1st is a public holiday in Italy. In honor of the holiday, they made a pedestrian Via dei Fori Imperiali leading to the Colosseum. Usually this street is filled with speeding cars.

Около дуэта мы остановились немного. Он называется Tupa Ruja. Музыканты исполняют музыку в этническом стиле. Удивительно, что итальянцы выбрали в качестве музыкального инструмента диджериду.

Near the duet we stopped for a bit. It is called Tupa Ruja. Musicians perform music in ethnic style. It is surprising that the Italians chose the didgeridoo as their musical instrument.

Вот эти огромные трубы – это и есть диджериду – музыкальный инструмент австралийских аборигенов, один из старейших духовых инструментов в мире. С конца 20 века некоторые западные музыканты экспериментируют с диджериду. Покорил он и группу Tupa Ruja. Поёт Martina Lupi, на диджериду играет Fabio Gagliardi.

These huge pipes - this is the didgeridoo - a musical instrument of the Australian aborigines, one of the oldest wind instruments in the world. Since the late 20th century, some Western musicians have been experimenting with the didgeridoo. It also conquered the Tupa Ruja group. Martina Lupi sings, Fabio Gagliardi plays the didgeridoo.
