[AVLE/1.2.3] Bug fix - Account Suggestion Form

Hi, AVLE developer @etainclub is here!

I have fixed a bug in account suggestion form which is used in several place in the AVLE dapp.

The bug is that the click of an account in the list does not apply to the form. The bug happened when I upgrade the Flutter version from 3.3.10 to 3.7.0.

Now I fixed the bug. So Enjoy AVLE.

By the way, I have been developing a new dapp, AVLEOne which is kind of Patreon on Steem. The good thing is that investors also will get benefits and rewards. More details will be coming soon.
