[AVLE] Introduce AVLE and updates (0.8.2)

Hi, I am @etainclub who develops several steem dapps.

I have been developing a new steem dapp, AVLE:

AVLE is a webapp developed using Google Flutter Web which supports several PWA features such as push notifications.

AVLE includes the following cool features and more:

• Push Notifications
• Post Templates
• Direct Message
• Post Categories
• Bookmarks
• In-app translation
• Easy mentioning
• Favorite authors
• Showing view count
• Sorting the most viewed posts
• Sorting the most commented posts
• Changing font size

Updates

The current version of AVLE is 0.8.2. If you want to use the following new feature, you have to update the app and check the version in the side menu.

You can update the app by pressing

• for Windows: Ctrl + Shift + r
• for MacOS: Command + Shift + r

Cancellation of fetching posts

In the lastest version, I applied a new feature that cancels await (Future in Flutter) fetching.
Why this feature? it fetchs posts quickly since the fetching operation can be cancelled.

For example, you are in an author's posts like this:

Here you click the author's comments:

Let's say you suddenly change your mind to see author's blog. Then the comment fetching should be terminated otherwise you have to wait it finishes.

The key is that AVLE now ternimates unfinished fetching operations.
