Hello steemians I hope you are very well, today I want to share with you a great experience, I was able to witness how a wasp built its nest and then deposited its larvae, apparently a step was missing and it was to bring a caterpillar so that the little larva could feed while it grows I don't know if I missed it or if she left it for the next day as the sun was setting.

I was able to notice his presence thanks to the buzz he makes when entering the house, what I cannot understand is why, having so much space in nature, he preferred a place where he feels people. When I went to see what he was looking for, notice what he was doing, see how long he had built.

It was only a few minutes when he was back and he was still building, he does it pretty fast so I imagine he is looking for the mud around here.

I suppose that the sting of this wasp must be very painful, its colors and the furious buzzing make us have respect and fear but these fascinating insects are very beneficial in pest control.

The petiole or waist of this wasp is very thin and long, which makes the abdomen and thorax are quite separated and this gives an appearance of greater size, I have been taught that brightly colored wasps are the ones that sting most often and this one is bright in color so I must avoid disturbing it.

The funniest thing is that I build their nest in an artificial plant, if we look closely we can see that the nest is very well made and turned, these insects have a natural gift in construction.

It is almost finished, all that remains is to make the hole through which the young will come out when they are ready. We can divide wasps into two main subgroups: "Social and Solitary."

Once the work is finished, it proceeds to deposit its larvae, I must tell you that it is great to witness a moment like this ... Solitary wasps like this use their venom to hunt and apparently only the females have stingers since these are also their organs of ovulation.
