Soy lo que llaman en mi país del tipo “buena boca”, o sea que me gusta todo tipo de comida. Hace muchos años fui a una nutricionista y la cosa dio risa, porque ella quería a través de un test, saber de mis gustos para elaborar mi menú, y pues resulta que todo daba positivo para: carnes blancas y rojas, granos, verduras, vegetales, dulces, panes, arepas, sopas, frutas, pastas.

I am what they call in my country the "good mouth" type, that is, I like all kinds of food. Many years ago I went to a nutritionist and it was a laugh, because she wanted to know my tastes through a test to elaborate my menu, and it turns out that everything was positive for: white and red meats, grains, vegetables, vegetables, sweets, breads, arepas, soups, fruits, pastas.

Hoy quiero compartir como una de mis comidas favoritas: las Panquecas, me encantan, son un plato muy versátil , fácil de preparar y que puedes combinar con cualquier alimento y llevar a tu oficina sin ninguna incomodidad. A la vez que sacia, te quita esa necesidad de comer algo dulce, ya que ellas, las panquecas de por sí lo son. Una mezcla de harina de trigo, azúcar, mantequilla y huevo, que juntos dan un sabor a hogar único. Las disfruto un mundo.

Today I want to share one of my favorite meals: Pancakes, I love them, they are a very versatile dish, easy to prepare and that you can combine with any food and take to your office without any discomfort. At the same time that it satiates, it takes away that need to eat something sweet, since they, the pancakes themselves are sweet. A mixture of wheat flour, sugar, butter and egg, which together give a unique homemade flavor. I enjoy them a lot.
