Este famoso arquitecto tenía una casa de playa muy linda y con un gran terreno que daba con la orilla de la playa, dicha casa de playa fue demolida por completo para poder construir una ciudad espacial con proyección turística como si fuera un hotel moderno o casa de playa moderna.

Luego para darla a conocer la nueva casa o ciudad en miniatura invito a varios amigos, colegas e inversionistas conocidos para la casa de playa pero nunca estas personas no se imaginaron que iban a conocer el nuevo proyecto de Juan.

Cuando los invitados llegaron a la casa de playa se quedaron perplejos y con la boca abierta al ver tan hermosa construcción y al entrar y ver las habitaciones y diferentes espacios se quedaron enamorados pero cuando entraron a ver la gran y moderna piscina que con un botón podían regular la entrada del sol evitando daños en la piel con los rayos ultra violetas.

Luego que los invitados disfrutaron de las instalaciones de la nueva casa de playa de Juan uno de los inversionistas invitados le compro el proyecto a juan para hacer esta ciudad en una isla para hacer un complejo turístico y le ofreció también una suma millonaria por la nueva casa de playa y juan dijo que no estaba en venta por ser su casa preferida los invitados tomaron muchas fotos sobre todo la parte artística de la superficie.
