Photo contest: post processing #16: not plywood

This is what I will do by starting to work on a topic that I came up with. And I'm not scared at all and even have fun, because the process of applying inversion to an image does not take much time, and the result is always unpredictable. Only after gaining experience, you can already foresee what this processing will lead to.

The original photo is at the bottom and I didn't want to put it first, because in my opinion, this photo looks extremely unattractive. Plywood is plywood, and such a wonderful autumn leaf did not decorate it much.
It seems to me that in the black and white version with which I started the process, the plywood disappeared and some spatial depth appeared. You might think that this leaf is flying through the rain in the wind. The picture turned out to be quite acceptable if you compare it with the color, original image, and with the monochrome one, which is located below, too.

In color, it's not so realistic anymore, but in general, the picture turned out to be pleasant in its shades. It would be possible to work out with her by changing the color, but now it is the same as it turned out after applying the inversion to the color original of the photo.
