The source/origination of a popular plant known as Pine apple... Pineapple is a plant with scientific name Ananas comosus. It is a monocot plant. Pineapple is a tropical plant with an edible fruit which belong to the family Bromeliaceae.
Method of propagation
The plant is normally propagated by from the offset produced at the top of the fruit or from the side shoot.
Maturity
Pineapple matures within a year.
Pineapple is a fruit with several nutritional properties and whose bright yellow flesh and juice are also used in the kitchen for preparing many tasty sweet as well as salty recipes.
