TALINUM TRIANGULARE ( Water Leaf)

Good day great steemians.... Trust we are doing great... This afternoon, I brought to us a nice picture of one of a vegetables called water leaf.
Water leaf is a vegetable that is known by many names. Some of its name include; Talinum triangulare, Ceylon spinach, Florida spinach, Talinum fruticosum.
Water leaf is crunchy, tangy and nutritious. It has simple pink flowers. It is a good source of Iron, Zinc and molybdenum. Water leaf is highly nutritious. It can be added to melon( Egusi) or prepared alone. It is taken as soup and can be used in taken any swallow food like Eba, Amala, Pounded yam, semo and so on.
