Happy weekend to the great steemians..
We all know palm oil used in preparing our stew,
in frying Akara and lot more .. Palm oil is been extracted from oil palm fruits after it has undergone some heating process.. Kindly watch bellow for some lovely pictures of oil palm fruits...
