What an attractive place!

Hello colleagues!
This is my very first contest for the WORLD OF XPILAR community and I hope to share my thoughts with you continuously.

As a traveler I have visited significant places in Sri Lanka and there are lots of beautiful and attractive places and they all have some unique value. I would like introduce one of a best attractive place in Sri Lanka and it is Ravana Fall. It is famous among all the local travelers and foreign travelers, actually we can name it as one of a very famous travel destination in Sri Lanka.

It is located in Uva Province and near to the Ella city. Ella city is one of a famous city because it has more travel destinations such as Ravana Falls, Ella rock, Nine arch bridge and Mini worlds end.
When talking about the Ravana Falls, it’s hight approximately 25 m. And it is located 6 km away from the local railway station Ella. The Ravana Falls gets its name from a previous king Ravana who was one of great kin in Sri Lanka according to the history. The kind Ravana had kidnapped Seetha (Rama’s queen (Rama is one of Kind in India at that time)) and hidden her in a cave behind this waterfall and now simply called that cave as Ravana Ella Cave. It is also believed that Seetha bathed in a pool that accumulated the water falling from this water fall. There is a great and interesting story behind this kidnapping and it made roads to a war between Sri Lanka and India.

I have visited this waterfall recently with my loving wife because she also would like to visit such beautiful destinations. I would like to invite you all to visit this place when you visit to Sri Lanka and I’m willing guide you at any time as volunteer. Thank you.
