`Today I have chosen to submit this " #Food #Photo" contest with a delicious snack called " #Pani #Puri" which is also widely sold on the streets.`

Pani Puri is a popular #Indian #street food consisting of crispy hollow balls filled with spiced potato, #chickpea and tamarind chutney. Also known as #Golgappa, Pani Puri has become a popular street food in several countries including India, #Bangladesh and #Pakistan. Special preference is given to this food.

_{Explaining more about this pani puri, it is small crispy, #hollow puri (deep dough) #stuffed with a #mixture of mashed potatoes, steamed chickpeas, diced #onions and tangy tamarind #chutney, then dipped in a spicy, flavored water called puri pani. #eaten whole in one bite.}

After #preparing the puri, it #cannot be eaten as a #single food. For this, a liquid like pani (water) is #required. The #drink is prepared with mint, coriander, green chillies, ginger and cumin, chat #masala and white onion, green onion etc. by #mixing various spices with water. The resulting mixture is strained to remove any solids, and served with #puris filled with #spiced water. Pani puris are often enjoyed as a snack or appetizer, and are commonly sold as #Prepared and sold fresh by street vendors, it is a #popular dish at festivals and celebrations and is considered a cultural icon in many #parts of South Asia.

`Also, you can see several types of pani puri. I will mention some types of pani puri that I know below.`

⭕	Dahi Puri	pani puri filled with yogurt

⭕	Bhel Puri	a mixture of puffed rice, vegetables and chutney

⭕	Sev Puri	pani puri filled with sev, a fried snack made from chickpea flour
