The World of XPILAR - LANDSCAPE/SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #168 - Landscape in spring
The photo was taken somewhere between Laudal and Konsmo in southern Norway, in May this year. I was walking in the path of The Child Wanderers which. Durin the period between 1720 – 1910 the western part of the Agder county was poor. To get some income the send their children to the bigger farms in the eastern part of the country to walk. These childeren would walk the path, on foot for many kilometers. The length of the whole trail is 135 kilomenters. They started to walk in spring and returned to their homes in october.
