The world inventions; The history and the case of cheerleading!

There are many young people appreciating being involved with cheerleading, and that is placeing some persons at the ground, and stack people on top of each other, and we are finding these things in cities and towns worldwide, and the school and the relevant environments have to be big enough, and there should be courses and ways to do these things.
So, even in the TV-channels at home and abroad, there has been attention and interest and desire and action about cheerleading, using the AIDA-model in such cases. And we are using this model, if we are presenting something that is relating to using the human bodies, and how things are going in steps, and we should use our competence on all levels to take care of these things.

So, how can I use my human body to practice cheerleading? And how am I really engaged with these things? Well, we are living on a diet, and that means that we are cutting down on high processed/high carbohydrate foods, and these ways of doing things increase fat storage around the tummy. So, what are the sensible steps of practicing cheerleading? Well, it is:

  1. Exercise. Build in 3 strength training and 2 cardio sessions into your week.

  2. Sleep. 7-9 hours of sleep per day is what our body needs to function optimally.

And people are using cheerleading many places, also when doing practice and having it both funny and serious when persons are running half marathon and marathon, and hence we can use cheerleading around the world, and we are open for doing these things where there are interests and desires for it.

So, when seeing cheerleading on TV, there are some quick step in placing the human bodies up on each other, and we can have several people on the ground floor, and we can have it fun, and get points on how and in which ways we are using the people being engaged, and how these people are placed when being related to each other. And people are doing these in quickly ways, and there are some patterns to be known with when doing cheerleading where it is placed with stability, funny occasions and predictable manners while we are using our resources and times when we are here.

So, why are we using cheerleading as we are, and how can people be evaluated within it, and getting the characters that they are getting when doing these exercises? Well, the main purpose of cheerleading is to energize and coordinate the crowd at large sporting events. And to make the crowd doing something together in sport to optimalize the use of time, and to find how we can be used as humans to each other, when being placed on different levels at the ground level and up there in the air being placed on each other as humans.

The first official cheerleader, Johnny Campbell, stepped into his role in 1898. And this is how it all started, and it should be funny and creative, and there should be enough movements and speedy occasions with it.
