Ideas with Lemons
Lemons are so versatile and healthy too. Here are some ideas to inspire you.
Grated rind of Lemons always make a plain cupcake so fresh and flavorsome. Just use the zest but not the bitter white pith.
I heard that you can throw sqeezed lemon skins into your flower beds to keep stray cats from visiting your garden. I tried it and so far no cats.
A Jug of water with slices of lemon in your fridge is a thirst quencher on a hot day.
A little lemon juice mixed with water in a spray bottle can give your home a fresh fragrance.
I love Lemon juice combined with fish or barbecued chicken.
A lemon souffle is such a beautiful fresh light dessert and worth the effort.
Dried lemon peel can be added to pot pourri for a fresh twist.
Cut slices of lemon and dry and then use them with twine, to create rustic gift wrapping for friends and family.
Lemon Marmalade can be made to give away as gifts for house warming events.
A miniature lemon tree can be planted in a garden pot for an attractive feature. Remember to add compost and water regularly in the hot weather.

Thank you for sharing your tips with the lemon, it has so many properties that I love in all its versions, it caught my attention to have it in the garden, I did not know it, I have many flowers and cats from the neighbors, for the kitchen it is a delight and Juice is one of the most refreshing thirst quenchers out there!
