My entry for - Cityscape Photography and Art Contest curated @axeman Thank you for a great competition.

This art photography was created from a photo taken during the day in Durban, at Point Yacht Harbour. I created some lighting effects to give the impression of early evening sky and glistening water, from the night lights of the city.
