Succulent comes from the Latin word SUCUS, which means juice or sap.
So succulent is a plant that is able to store water supply in the trunk.
Examples of succulent plants are cactus and aloe vera, both of these plants are able to absorb water in the thick daula.
Both of these plants are able to survive in arid places or areas lacking water, such as a cactus that is able to survive in the desert.
