RE: Mind over Matter & Stepping out of our Comfort Zones
Congratulations and well done! I'm impressed that you're getting the whole fam out there!
"They" say it takes 28 days for a habit to take hold... I dunno if that's really true. I've done a couple of iterations of The 100-Day Project for different things and that has definitely worked... OR taught me that there are certain things I just dislike enough that I will never make a habit of them!
I think my desire for solitude led me to become a distance runner, very early on. Others did more "explosive" and team sports, I ran cross country and long distance. From University to my mid 30's, there was seldom a weekend I was not in a 10K race somewhere. Only ever ran one marathon... they are not good for those of us in the "Clydesdale Class!" (or "Athena" for women).
Thank :) Yeah it was a bit of a task getting Jude going initially, but now we are all used to it and the moaning (from all of us lol) has lessened dramatically!
yes... have a few of those on my belt too lol
That makes sense - would also explain why I have started to enjoy it now too haha!
That's pretty damn impressive!
