Minute by minute
OK, so I have the idea that I had from my TikTok and that is to spend the day with me on hourly schedule so let’s begin

I woke up. I actually set my alarm for 6 AM but I always do that because I want to sleep more but I need to be aware of the time and when I need to get up…so I woke up at 6:30 and I couldn’t find the hoodie that I needed for my running because it is specially made for running so I was kinda late.

So I walked out of the house and I got on the street and I remembered that I forgot the tortillas that I made for my friend and me and some kind of fruit. I don’t know how it’s called English, but that’s something that Novak Djokovic eats and it is full of healthy sugar that I always Use before training in the morning because I can’t eat in the mornings and it is you know full of sugar so it gives energy

So I got in front of Ana’s house and I texted her come down and she wrote me a message. Oh my God give me five minutes and I knew that she fell asleep and she actually managed to get herself ready in five minutes and she came into my car and was like oh my God, sister , these were the fastest five minutes of my life and off we go

We started running the first circle was 100 m walk 100 m run and it has 1.2km and it was too slow for me. I was super hyped but she was super not waking up…the next circle that we did we actually did 100 m running and every 100 m you have Some things to work out so we were doing some exercices like plank and arms and core etc and that’s where I really warmed up because I was cold from that slow running and I actually really felt the heat in my upper body and then it was something before 8 oclock so Ana got to work, the running path is just next to our work, and I did one more circle of pure running and I was actually done. I was satisfied and I got to her work/our work but I’m not working today to eat and get some coffee.

So we ate dinner and we drank and the funny thing is that we wanted to heat tortillas and we were waiting for them for 10 minutes and went to get them and she didn’t turn on the heater so we waited for them to really heat so we can eat them haha.
We did everything that we could before 9, so we woke up, ran, drink coffee, eat and socialized , and I went home.

So I did park just in front of my house. I was struggling to park because I didn’t get enough in so my car was you know not on the street but it was not in the line and I was really struggling to get into line so you know, I’m not that car peaking But I did figure it out and I am at home

So I am laying in my bed doing nothing scrolling on my phone. I did start to read a book you know from Matthew Perry and I am so happy while reading it like I’m smiling. I’m really loving his thoughts so that’s what I’m doing and going to do that for next two , three hours

So I was just hanging around and went on my balcony to get vitamin D because it was cold these days and I was so tired because I didn’t sleep that much. I was running at 7 AM and I fell asleep. I fell asleep and then I just moved into my bed.
I got freckles from the sun because I was sleeping on the balcony, but I really enjoyed it and now I’m having lunch watching friends of course and soon I’m going to meet up for coffee with my friend.

I am in salon where my friend is getting her hair done. i couldt wait for her to finish so I just went to her

We went to a bar to eat and drink coffee and stayed until the music band had the gig, it was all booked so we had to go but it sure was fun to watch them rehirse
