It gives us the resistance we need for even Pneumonia as I had proven myself. I said that my last bout against Pneumonia is about more than fifteen years ago and I never had any cough nor cold.

Only this time after I stopped using it because it caused me acidosis due to high doses which I shouldn't have done and only take a minimal amount which also works.

So I am resuming it because it does protect me from Pneumonia based on my experience while taking it and while stopping using it cold turkey. @stefano.massari
