India🇮🇳 is On MOON 🌙 (Ist to Land on South Pole) | 50% contribution to @Wox-helpfund for the entire month of August

#INDIA, has Successfully Completed Its
#Chandrayan3 Mission- on #Moon

India is the #First Country to land on #South Pole of the Moon.
On Tuesday 23 August,2023, Precisely 18:04 Hours IST(12:34 UTC), India made it's Soft Landing through its #Lander named #Vikram and it's #Rover named #Pragyan has now started its researches.

Chandrayaan-3, is the third Indian lunar exploration mission under the Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO) Chandrayaan programme.It took around 40 Days to reach moon.
Reason behind such a big, 40 Days duration was to cut down the Mission Cost. First it was orbiting around earth and slowly and steadily moved towards the Moon and made the History.
ISRO Chairman K Sivan stated that the total cost of Chandrayaan-3 was 615 crores.

The Main Objective of this Mission is to research for water-based ice. Scientists have researched it could support human habitation on the Moon in future. It could also be used for supplying propellant for spacecraft headed to Mars and other distant destinations.

Earlier, Chandrayan 2 was a Failure.But it helped our Indian Scientists to work hard and come over the Failure Issues and Make a Landmark.
