The way I would edit it - French Flag on Building

The last time I was in Paris was a while ago. Since then, not only my camera equipment has changed, but also my editing style. At that time, I controlled quite a lot about HDR. It's definitely a great effect to create great images with! In the meantime, however, I've become a big fan of warm brown tones. Pictures can look a bit "over the top" with that. I love it.
Bilder können dabei auch gerne etwas "Over the Top" aussehen. Ich liebs.

Do you use ready-made presets or manual settings? What is an editor?

I am using Lightroom Classic. For some images, I also have Aurora HDR from Luminar that I use as Lightroom Plug In.
I've got some split-tone presets I use as a starting point and tweak it further. Made around 5 alone for autumn styled photos. :)

Lightroom itself successfully copes with HDR technology. As well as with a panorama.
I usually like manual settings, but there is also Nick Collection with many presets that works well with Lightroom.

I've read about the Nick Collection. It's paid I think? - I made all my presets myself for example the split toning to a warm brown tone, but I edit every photo individually - but it's nice to have a starting point. Right at the beginning, I lost time or details due to wrong orders in which I did my edits. Denoise, Curves etc., are something that I mostly do right at the beginning. In the past I started from the top with exposure etc., depending on the photo it gets really noisy when it's to much underexposed right out of the camera - which could have been avoided when using the curves and so on. So presets really improved my workflow :)

Yes I like the HDR capabilities of Lightroom - Aurora HDR does a lot with AI and some tweaks the program does are sometimes awesome (not always), but some look excellent - edited in a way I would never have think of.

It's paid, but you can try to find someone and a free version.
Lightroom itself also has a set of presets. True, I prefer to select the settings manually, it's interesting.
I also liked to make color abstractions from photos in crooked tones)
