On this hot summer day, I want to share with you my sweet moment of the day with La Romana, which is one of my favorite ice cream parlors in Vienna! This is a great place to enjoy authentic food and desserts. This place offers delicious ice cream and you can try Gelateria Naturale, Gelato & Latte or Café Sacher. Each has its own unique flavor and a variety of flavors to choose from. I definitely enjoyed these sweet treats! The La Romana ice cream shop was located in the heart of the historic city center in 1947, named after the founder's daughter. A few years later, Vito Zucchi, the progenitor of the family, took over the enterprise. Thanks to his fiery creativity and the use of the few ingredients available at the time, he created a wide range of high quality fragrances that are still being made today. Here they offer traditional flavors, prepared exclusively with selected products according to old recipes from the past. If you ever get a chance to visit this chain of gelaterias, you should definitely try some of these traditional flavors.
