However, egg pokora is a tempting food and it has many benefits.
Ingredients required for making egg pokora: -
- 4 eggs
- Flour
- The spice of the noodles
- Baking powder
- Salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste
- Oil
- Water
First I boiled 4 eggs well. Then I peeled them and put them aside.
I took a bowl to make the batter. I took the amount of flour in the bowl. I gave a small amount of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a little bit of garlic paste and a small amount of baking powder. I mixed them and made a thin batter with a little water. The batter is neither too thin nor too thick.
I made a batter and put it aside.
Then I took the boiled eggs. I cut them into thin slices with a knife. I made 4/5 slices of an egg. Then I spread them in a tray and spread the spice of noodles on it.
I put oil in a pan in the oven. When the oil got hot, I took the egg slices in my hand, dipped them in the batter and immediately left them in the oil. I fried the pokora on a low flame, when the pokora's turned light brown, I picked them up and put them in a tissue.
Putting any oil-fried tissue paper together immediately sucks out the excess oil, which is very good for our health.
I then took a some tomato sauce and served the pokoras on a plate.
It must be delicious :)
yes sir...you are right.
