Hey guys, what's up? I am fine by the grace of almighty. I just came to share a healthy recipe with you. Here it is-
Vegetable pokora
Ingredients: -
- The barb
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Spinach
- Onion
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Turmeric powder, chilli powder,
- Garlic paste
- Oil
- Flour
First of all, I washed the vegetables well and chopped them. I chopped onion, garlic and chilli with it.
Then I took them in a bowl and mixed them well. I added turmeric powder, chilli powder, garlic paste and chilli powder. I also smeared these together. I added an egg to it. Then I smeared them with a small amount of flour. After mixing everything together, a dough was made.
I put oil in a pan in the oven. When the oil got hot, I shaped it into pokora and left it in the oil.
I fried it on a light fire, it turned brown and actually picked them up. In this way I fried all the pokora.
As usual, I took the fried ants in oil paper.
This pokora can be eaten with sauce, salad or rice.
Looks pretty delicious. It is healthy food for your table :)
