Do not swim far from the shore the killer whale is waiting for you! - such words were heard by every penguin born and raised on a huge iceberg drifting near a place whose name no penguin knew.

They just knew it was their home and that was enough for them.

Each ice ledge of the iceberg was dear to them and many memories were associated with each of them.

Here old Kru tried to dive into the water for fish and fell into the open mouth of a killer whale and here Lozi laid an egg that Susie took from her who did not return from fishing.

Yes fishing was the only entertainment on the iceberg except for stealing each other's eggs instead of which they put rounded pebbles found at the bottom of the ocean.

Sometimes it was possible to tease a killer whale passing by pretending that you were jumping into the water but instead of yourself you threw a piece of ice into the water which the killer whale tried to chew thinking that's a penguin. It was funny.

So the days months and years passed but the penguins did not have a calendar therefore we can say that time passed but the penguins did not know anything about time either.

One day after a storm the penguins noticed that the killer whale was nowhere to be found, it stopped swimming around the iceberg and they began to look for it.

They began to go around the perimeter of the iceberg and, suddenly they saw a killer whale lying in an icy hollow far from the edge of the iceberg.

The killer whale was still breathing apparently she was thrown ashore by a storm when she was dozing.

The penguins looked at each other, of course they could not discuss this situation as people but they understood each other at first sight.

The killer whale is part of the entertainment program and without it life on the iceberg will turn into boredom.

The elder penguin raised a call and hundreds of penguins came running from all corners of the iceberg.

They rested their paws on the ice and began to slowly push the killer whale to the edge of the iceberg.

Each step was given with great difficulty, but at some point everyone joyfully heard how a huge killer whale carcass fell into the ocean waters with noise and splashes.

The penguins, having gathered on the edge of the iceberg began to carefully look into the dark waters where the killer whale fell and at some point they saw a plume of sea foam this killer whale swam to lick its wounds.

The penguins looked at each other and went about their business life has returned to its former course there is happiness!
