Weekly Contest, "Playing photographer #1. Traffic in my city
This post is my entry for the competition [Weekly Contest, "Playing photographer #1. Traffic in my city / Concurso Semanal, "Jugando A Ser Fotógrafo #1". If you were born in a village then most likely driving a car is a pleasant adventure for you if the surrounding roads are in more or less proper condition and you do not have to move along the road maneuvering between huge holes in which you can hide a mining dump truck.
But you too periodically have to come to the capital to resolve some important issues and you have to face what city residents see every day several times and this is traffic congestion.
A good option is to abandon the car at such moments and use public transport, but this will not save you from a long and painful wait when the flow of cars begins its slow movement towards the traffic light.
I know this all too well because I had to take my kids to school during rush hour every morning.
At such moments minutes are like hours and days but at some point you manage to get to an intersection and turn onto a street that is perpendicular and free from traffic and naive people who do not yet know what awaits them ahead are coming to meet you.
If morning traffic congestion looks like despair then congestion in the center of the capital can be seen at any time of the day especially near the central market and bus station where traffic turns into chaos.
At such a time of congestion everything around turns into a Finnish bathhouse the antifreeze in the engine boils and it seems that the brain is boiling along with it.
But every traffic jam also has a superlative degree of this concept and these are those moments when traffic lights do not work and police traffic controllers appear at intersections.
After half an hour of being stuck in traffic jams you really want to find yourself on a country road and the quality of the road surface no longer matters to you the main thing is to see the deserted road in front of you!

Hola amigo steemian saludes , ciertamente tienes mucha razón, cuando se trata de ser un conductor de vehículo que a diario tienen que transitar sus vías en la localidad de donde viven hasta el trabajo. Muchas de las causas de los accidentes de tránsito, no es mayormente culpa de las vías en cuestion, sino por la imprudencia del hombre mismo. No soy chofer, no manejo, pero he visto accidente feos muy feo. Suerte amigo y si eres conductor, que los angeles del señor lo proteja en los caminos de la vida 🙏🥰

Vehicle traffic in the city is not easy to digest, I think I would take the bicycle as a second option to get around. Most of the time, secondary roads are good options.

A bicycle is an excellent option for transportation, but in cities where there are no bicycle paths it can be extremely dangerous, and colliding with a pedestrian on the sidewalk is also unpleasant for both :)
