I think that in every city there is a street, a park alley, or some other place, when you go out to which you forget about the city bustle, forget about problems and switch your attention to something pleasing to the eye, for example, to the slight movement of tree shadows under light gusts of wind.
Yes, it's hard not to get distracted when chess players and collectors are sitting around you, on benches, although if you are not a chess player and not a collector, look at the shadows of the trees, lol.
Alternatively, buy something tasty and sit on a bench if it's available, or move someone over and enjoy your picnic under the trees.
I found a place similar to an anti-stress in an urban environment.
