Tinder fungi in MACRO

This post was inspired by @sultan-aceh, who showed one mushroom from the Acekh forest. This tinder fungus is very similar to Reishu. Unfortunately, I have not met Reishi in our forests. But in the trees we have no less useful tinder fungi. Why did I say that, how are these mushrooms useful?

They contain a whole range of nutrients. You can google for more details. I'll tell you the main thing. The use of water infusions of these mushrooms (tinder fungi) increases immunity, allows you to fight infections and viruses, and is used against oncology. Women will be interested to know that the use of these mushrooms is beneficial for slimming.

Very briefly how to cook it. It is necessary to collect tinder fungi (and any, poisonous tinder fungi do not exist) in an ecologically clean forest. This means away from the city and highways. Then you need to grind the body of the mushroom to the size of beans or peas. It is necessary to dry at normal temperature or not higher than + 60C. Can be stored in a glass jar for up to 3 years. Yes, mushrooms should be picked young, the old ones contain much less nutrients.

They are used depending on the purpose, but in general, the following can be recommended. Either pour alcohol and leave for 21 days, or pour water (+ 60C) and leave for several hours. You can fill it with water several times and leave it for longer. You can find more detailed recipes on the Internet. A lot of them. I can only say that when I was being treated for covid, I did not use drugs from the pharmacy. Tinder fungus and Icelandic moss helped me.

But I digress from the topic of macro photography. Walking through the woods, I came across an old birch trunk, which lay across the stream. It had a whole colony of polypores. Of course, I could not pass by.

Употребление водяных настоев этих грибов (трутовиков) повышает иммунитет, позволяет бороться с инфекциями и вирусами, применяется против онкологии. Женщинам будет интересно узнать, что применение этих грибов полезно для стройности фигуры.

Совсем коротко, как его приготовить. Надо собрать трутовики (причём любые, ядовитых трутовиков не бывает) в экологически чистом лесу. Это значит подальше от города и автомобильных дорог. Затем надо измельчить тело гриба до размеров бобов или гороха. Сушить необходимо при обычной температуре или не выше +60С. Можно хранить в стеклянной банке до 3 лет. Да, грибы следует собирать молодые, в старых гораздо меньше полезных веществ.

Применяют в зависимости от цели, но в общем случае можно рекомендовать следующее. Либо залить спиртом и настаивать 21 день, либо залить водой (+60С) и настаивать несколько часов. Можно заливать водой несколько раз и настаивать дольше. Более подробные рецепты вы можете найти в интернете. Их много. Скажу только, что когда я лечился от ковида, то не использовал лекарств из аптеки. Мне помогали трутовики и исландский мох.

Но я отвлёкся от темы макро фотографии. Гуляя по лесу я набрёл на старый ствол берёзы, который лёг поперёк ручья. На нём была целая колония трутовиков. Конечно, я не мог пройти мимо.

Quite a rare form. Here several mushrooms have grown together in one form. I couldn't stop filming it. In doing so, I used different lenses and different depth of field.

Довольно редкая форма. Здесь срослись воедино сразу несколько грибов. Я не мог остановиться, снимая это. При этом я использовал разные объективы и разную глубину резкости.

Some of the mushrooms were very old and already starting to decompose.

But they all grew on the same tree. I think that this season there will be new, very young tinder fungi.

Но все они росли на одном дереве. Думаю, что в этом сезоне появятся новые совсем молодые грибы-трутовики.
