Although it seems unreal that color of nightfall (rather than sunset) we were having it for a few days some time ago here (of course for this work I put a little spicy) but from there I got the idea to make, by editing, other similar sunsets )))). I like it very much. As for the reflection effect, I really don't know if we can call this a technique. It is an effect that brings the editor I use (Photoscape), The real merit is in knowing what you want to reflect and make the cut of the image where you need it and that way you will achieve your goal!

I understand your task is to do the right pruning.After that, you select the reflection effect in the program and the program itself does it according to its algorithm.
It will be necessary to try to do it manually in РS, an interesting effect :)
