There is a Newcomers support program. It's called "14 days diving". All that is required of you is to post your posts in the WORLD OF XPILAR community, actively communicate with community members, comment, vote, and more.
If you are ready to be active here, you will be delegated 50SP for 14 days and given support in your posts.

Hello Friend @bambuka. Yesterday I was reading your post about the 14 days diving program and I was hoping to get noticed and receive an invitation. Thankfully the invitation came today because in 3 days I will have more than 50sp.
I would be very happy to participate in the program. I think I can gain a lot from it like new followers, more visibility and more steem power which is my main goal here.
I have learned to seize the opportunities, so count on me please in the next round.
