You can nominate your candidacy or the candidacy of your friend for inclusion in the support program "30/14 Days Diving Program".
Preference will be given to an active member of the WOX community who creates original creative posts, comments and supports other members of the community.

Let me remind you of just a few important points and draw your attention to important details.
Rules
a program participant creates at least 1 post per day in the WORLD of XPILAR community using the #steemexclusive and #club100 (100% SP).
at the end of the post title, in parentheses, indicate full Power Up. For instance:RETRO style - #club100
Mandatory participation in contests, comments, voting within the community WORLD OF XPILAR. Any activity is greatly appreciated.
As the project develops, the terms and conditions may be changed, which will be announced later. Follow the project news.
ACTIVITY
I will clarify again. This support program is for members of the WORLD OF XPILAR community only. In order for a candidate to be approved and included in the support program, the candidate must be active in the community prior to being included in the program. Being active in the community means that a community member should publish his posts in the community, comment on the posts of other members, respond to comments under his posts, vote for the likes of the posts of other members of the community. Of course, the activity of the program participant is not limited to the community. It is advisable to apply the same activity wherever you participate. But being active in the WORLD OF XPILAR community is a prerequisite for the program.
CURATING
During this time, an interesting creative post of each participant will be supported from the World of Xpilar Community Curation Trail (no more than 1 time per day).
This point of the rules does not mean automatically curating your post just by virtue of its appearance in the community feed. The quality of your post will be a sufficient condition. Let me remind you that it is advisable to post at least 3 photos and an interesting meaningful text of at least 50 words. It is better if there is more and the text is informative and interesting to read. This is not Instagram with its principles.
ATTENTION FRAUDERS !!!
I warn newbies, especially those who use their smartphones for posting. Do not follow unfamiliar links in the comments, especially if you are offered quick benefits. In most cases, these are scammers. To create posts and enter the site, use only your posting key (but not the active owner key).
If you followed a link to an external site, never use your Steemit keys there.

With Big Artists, Musicians and other Creators … will also come their fans… Millions of them. This should be the #1 Steemit Strategy. If you ask me. This will be my focus. I’m hoping to bring lots of new people from YouTube, Instagram, etc …

Well.. I think the whales should be helping on board new people. But it takes a lot of time and effort to teach people how it all works. Is anyone doing this ? Of course 100% of benefits / rewards should go to these new people. Somebody needs to help them. Who else is bringing new people from YouTube, Instagram, Twitter ? Anyone ? Is anyone teaching people how to buy Steem on Ionomy.com ? How to post to Dtube and Steemit with one click ?
There are programs for beginners in different communities. But it's one thing when a beginner is a simple user who is not known to anyone, and another thing when a beginner is a public person.
Despite the fact that they are both important for the platform, the potential of a public person is much higher. And it won't be a matter of discriminating against someone if a "socially important" user gets more support from the platform. The return on his work can also be much greater, especially if he already has his fans on other social networks.
At the same time, there is the issue of copyright security. Scammers can impersonate public people for their own benefit. This happens periodically.
For my part, I am ready to provide such people with assistance and support in their adaptation to the platform. We really need leaders in different fields.
