My Everlasting Sleeping Issues
Sleep is a critical aspect of our lives and it impacts our day to day life a lot as low quality sleep will most definitely affect your day to day life and a good quality sleep will boost your daily activities to a max level. I have gone through various phases of sleep whether it was a good sleep phase or a Bad Sleep phase. But there is one peculiar thing that has always plagued me when it came to Sleep and that is my erratic Sleep Cycle.
I have the peculiar sleeping issue that if I sleep at 9 PM tonight then chances are that I won’t be able to sleep before 9 PM which means that my sleep cycle always moves forward and it is nearly impossible for me to sleep before my set time and that has always been a real hassle for me.
For example if I have to work late at night and I sleep very very late then the next day no matter what I will sleep very very late as well. There have also been days when I had to sleep around 3 AM and if I had to reset my sleep cycle then I had to go sleepless for over 20 hours just so that I could reset my sleep cycle and that is most definitely not easy to do.
I have undergone so many issues because of this complicated sleep cycle of mine and I just hope that no one goes through same issue as I am right now.
