Hi John Michael, windmills are always very special in Art, may be due to variety of different styles in different countries. I love all of them. In this painting I like how you showed the sunny side of windmill and shadowed, looks like evening and grandpa with his granddaughter are on the way home. But if you ask who is leading who, that is difficult questions. Even in real live sometimes our children could be wiser than us and then we are puzzled to realize that.
