Personalized Emoticon of a Happy Somebody Listening to Music

This is my entry for @xpilar’s contest. Every Steemian is invited to participate. The competition ends on 10 July, 2024.
The Result
For the contest, I am submitting a personalized emoticon of a curly-haired male listening to music through headphones. The final result is as seen below. I built this image using Adobe Photoshop 2021.
The Creative Process
Firstly, I prepared the 'stage' in Adobe Photoshop. I used a square 500 x 500 pixels with the resolution of 200 ppi. RGB color mode was chosen because it won’t go for printing, only to serve digital purposes.
I thought this greenish background would serve a good contrast to the orange emoticon face I had in mind.
Used the Ellipse Tool to create an orange circle that would act as the emoticon face.
Added eyes. Also with Ellipse Tool.
The curly hair was created with the Pencil Tool.
Next thing to do was giving the face a big smile that reveals the big teeth this curly boy had.
Yep! That's it.
That completed the job on the head. Moved on to the headphones.
And connector.
Did a little color correction.
Time for the musical notes! It would give the "life" effect on the image.
And the decision to invert the notes color to white had to be made.
That ended the creative process of this image.

Ah iya,,, baru "bangun" dari tidur yang agak lama,, jadi ibarat kata orang-orang "nyawa belum ngumpul semua",, maklum saja kalau masih agak sedikit oleng di dalam lautan Steem.
