Hi, greetings to dear fellow members of @xpilar. Hope you're all doing good. Today I'm gonna share my participation link for nature photography contest organized by @franyeligonzalez.

So without overdoing it, lemme show you my participation photography regarding Sun setting view behind an ocean.

This is an Arabian sea click from Saudi Arabia. Just look at the innocent waves of the grey water with grey clouds at the sky, and yellow tiny sun glimpse ready to fade any moment.

Watching Sun setting and Sun rising have some remarkable impacts on health of humans. Nature heals ailments so does the radiations of Sun at early and late hours of the days. It includes

• Heals anxiety and depression
• Regulates the natural clock of our body (circadian rhythm) that improves the quality sleep during night by releasing enough melatonin hormone at night (which is resistant to blue light of our mobile screens)
• improves mood, makes you optimistic and sane
• Helps you to explore the secrets of nature by meditation.

Watching sunset makes you wonder how the nature shifts constantly from one phase to another and that too follows a process. It is not a matter of seconds to bring a change. This can ensure you to be more gentle towards your own self that whatever situation you're in, it will fade as the Sun sets every day. And it takes time to bring a change just have patience:)
