When converting to black and white, I enhanced the contrast, clarity and structure, which allowed me to see all the shortcomings, because there have not been repairs for several decades.
And my brother and his wife bought such an apartment in December. We have already been able to completely clean it up to the concrete walls ourselves and now we will make new repairs.
I wanted to take a picture of it in the option when buying and now we can compare it with how it will turn out after the repair.
Everyone who lives in Russia and the CIS countries, of course, will recognize the typical type of cuisine from the 90s of the 20th century in panel ten-story houses. Here only the hood is newer and looks decent ....and then, she's probably 10 years old.
The only reason why he bought this apartment is three rooms and now his children will have their own room. This is important when he has a son and daughter and they need their own personal space.
Now let's hope that we will overcome the repair and do it this year and they will be able to move in and live in a new apartment.

Lovely B&W photos. OMG, this kitchen is so noisy; every part has different texture.
In the photo, I have increased the clarity and texture, but really in reality everything is also terrible) We have already demolished everything there to the concrete walls, floor and ceiling)
